This policy explains what we collect on this page, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.
It covers this landing page and the quote form on it. Other sites we operate may have their own policy.
Who we are
Dream Wall Studio is a wallcovering studio at 7700 Congress Ave, Ste 2101, Boca Raton, FL 33487. You can reach us by phone at +1 (561) 324-1000 or by email at info@dreamwallstudio.com.
Our marketing is operated on our behalf by Aces Marketing Agency, which administers the advertising accounts and the customer relationship system described below.
What you give us
If you fill out the quote form, we receive:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your ZIP code, which tells us whether you are inside our service area
- What you told us about the project: type of property, scope, timeline, and budget range
- Anything you type in the notes field
- Whether you checked the box consenting to text messages
We ask for a ZIP code rather than a full street address on purpose. We do not need your address until there is a measurement scheduled.
What we collect automatically
When you open this page we record technical and advertising information: the page you landed on, the site or ad that sent you, your approximate region, your browser and device type, and how far you scrolled.
If you arrived from an ad, the advertising platform adds an identifier to the link (for example a Google click ID or a Meta click ID). We store it so we can tell which ad produced a real inquiry. Without it we would be paying for advertising we cannot measure.
Cookies we set
These are set by this site, in your browser, and are readable only by us:

Google and Meta also set their own cookies through the tools described below. Those are governed by their policies, not this one.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The form will still work; only our ability to measure advertising is affected.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To schedule and run the work if you hire us
- To understand which advertising produces real inquiries, so we stop paying for the rest
- To keep a record of the consent you gave us
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of services to run this. Each receives only what it needs:

The “irreversible code” above is a one-way hash generated in your browser before anything is sent. It lets an advertising platform recognise a match it already holds; it cannot be used to recover your email or phone number.
Text messages
The consent box on the form is optional and unchecked by default. You can submit the form without it, and we will still answer you.
If you check it, we may text you about scheduling, quotes, and updates on your project. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Withdrawing consent for text messages does not affect a project already under way; we will simply use the phone or email instead.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our customer system for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship, and for as long as required for records of consent.
The temporary copy held by the delivery program is deleted automatically after 180 days. Cookies expire on the schedule in the table above.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Your choices
Write to info@dreamwallstudio.com and you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete what we hold, unless we are required to keep it
- Stop contacting you, by any channel or all of them
We answer these requests regardless of which state you live in. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and nothing here limits them.
Security
The form is served over an encrypted connection and your submission travels encrypted to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This is a service for property owners. We do not direct this page to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page and update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you already gave us will be communicated directly.
